Technician:
ES Technicians are an important part of the Oaklawn team, keeping our campuses clean and welcoming for staff, clients and visitors. ES Technicians clean offices, outlying areas, hallways, restrooms, work areas and carpet and tile flooring. 1st shift (6:30a - 3pm) with rotating holidays and weekend hours included in the schedule. Primary responsibilities and physical demands for the ES Technician position include: Following a schedule and responding to work orders in a timely manner Ordering supplies and ensuring carts are well stocked Lifting 20 pounds to chest level throughout the day Ability to work safely with common household chemicals Consistent ability to bend, stand and reach Minimum hiring requirements: High school diploma or one year previous experience in housekeeping At least 21 years old
