Job Description
You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing all mechanical ( plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical) residential and commercial properties. Address customer customer concerns before, during and after service visits Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics and diagrams Keep the service van stock with common parts and clean. call for customer total or figure the bill for payment collect for the work performed & parts Turn in at the beginning of the day or the end of the day all job tickets and invoices to the office Follow occupational health and safety regulations
