Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise repair, restoration, and maintenance of luxury and precision timepieces. Your expertise will ensure each watch functions flawlessly, combining technical proficiency with a passion for craftsmanship. Responsibilities Perform detailed disassembly, cleaning, repair, and reassembly of watches, ensuring all components meet quality standards Conduct electrical diagnostics on watches with electronic or quartz movements to identify faults accurately Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to guide repairs and adjustments Use specialized tools such as ohmmeters and magnification devices to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures for each timepiece Collaborate with clients or team members to explain repair processes and ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated on the latest watchmaking techniques, tools, and industry standards to continuously improve skills Experience Proven experience in watchmaking or horology with a strong understanding of mechanical watch movements Demonstrated expertise in electrical diagnostics and working with electronic components within watches Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics is a plus, especially when working on complex or vintage timepieces Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a high-precision environment Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately for troubleshooting purposes Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters, screwdrivers, tweezers, and magnification devices Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Join us if you're passionate about precision craftsmanship and eager to deliver exceptional watchmaking services. Pay:
$23.13 - $27.85 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
