Service Technician R&R Manufacturing | Broussard, LA Build Your Career with R&R Manufacturing R&R Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team in Broussard, Louisiana. If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical issues, rebuilding hydraulic equipment, working with customers, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE) What You'll Do Repair and rebuild hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and related components. Test, inspect, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation. Perform field service calls, including hydrostatic testing and equipment repairs. Install hydraulic components on customer and in-house equipment. Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and testing certifications. Work closely with the Repair Coordinator to support quoting, parts research, scheduling, and customer updates. Provide exceptional customer service while troubleshooting equipment issues. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Hydraulic technician training required; post-secondary education in mechanics or industrial technology preferred. Minimum of 3 years of hydraulic repair and rebuilding experience. Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience with Haskel products is a plus. Why Join R&R Manufacturing? Schedule:
