The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer Responsibilities Perform video multi point inspections, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs Complete work orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Inspect, test, and verify vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and shop equipment. Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair needs to the service advisor or management team. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Stay current on Volkswagen repair procedures, technical updates, and training requirements Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required. Volkswagen or European-brand experience preferred. ASE certification or equivalent technical training preferred. Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
