We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Water Well Drilling & Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with water well drilling, pump installation, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with drilling and construction of water wells Install, repair, and maintain submersible and jet pumps Troubleshoot well and water system issues Install pressure tanks, piping, and related components Operate and maintain drilling and service equipment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Complete job documentation and communicate with customers professionally Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and job sites

Requirements:

Previous water well, plumbing, or mechanical experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Valid driver's license Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions Strong work ethic and dependability Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with well drilling rigs or pump systems Electrical knowledge related to pump controls OSHA or safety certifications

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime and advancement

Pay:

$15.00 - $35.00 per hour
