Job Description
We have an opening for a Part Time Golf Club Technician to perform club repairs and modifications. Basic club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a passion for the game. Impact A Collaborative and Flexible Environment Responsibilities:
Regripping, lie and loft adjustments Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications Verify all repair orders for accuracy Maintain an orderly workstation Monitor inventoryRequired Qualifications:
3+ years of advanced club-building experience. 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales. Demonstrated experience regripping clubs, adjusting loft and lie, shaft work, adjusting swing weights. Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles. High attention to detail and the ability to execute repeatable builds across full sets. Experience working from professional fitting data and OEM-style build sheets. Deep interest in golf equipment, shafts, materials, and build technologies. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.Compensation:
