We are looking for a service technician to perform specialty repair work and maintenance for water treatment technologies in Rochester, southwestern Wisconsin, southeastern Minnesota, and surrounding areas. The company will provide a truck/van for service calls. Specializes in multiple areas of water treatment technology repair, such as high-purity water systems, water softeners, water recycling, and specialized filtration systems. Identifies mechanical problems, either visually or with other diagnostic equipment. Performs tests on specific parts and systems to confirm proper mechanical function; ensures that all critical parts are examined. Performs repairs, replacements, or maintenance. Repairs or replaces malfunctioning parts and systems. Travel to the home office in Ramsey, MN to gather tools and parts regularly. Ability to travel to the Ramsey office for the first few months for training and onboarding purposes. Ability to work on-call hours as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned. Extensive knowledge of the specialized area and general repair. Excellent mechanical repair skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to visually diagnose mechanical issues. Ability to read service and repair manuals. Ability to perform repairs in a timely fashion. Ability to read work orders. Ability to travel throughout the state of Minnesota and surrounding states. Ability to work on an on-call basis.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Three (3) years of related experience. Plumbing experience is required. Valid Driver's License. Clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. regularly. Must be able to inspect water treatment technologies to determine repairs needed. Good vision to inspect repair work. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections. PI287290961
