Responsibilities:

Perform onsite routine service including installation, maintenance, and repair Ensure field services are effective and customer requirements are met Communicate with customers via email, phone, or letter File and record product failures Respond to emergency repair orders from customers in a timely manner Service and clean company supplied vehicle Repair complex and significant work orders with expertise Work flexible hours; including nights and weekends with possible overnight stay
