Travel to job sites to provide expert field repairs, maintaining a professional and organized service vehicle. Mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices for complex repairs. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety protocols and industry compliance standards. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment. Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and electrical diagrams. Possession of a comprehensive set of personal tools applicable to heavy equipment repair. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
