Do you enjoy bringing CNC machines back online under pressure? Are you fluent in ladder logic on Allen‑Bradley SLC‑500 and CompactLogix? Can you configure, commission, and troubleshoot both DC and AC VFDs with confidence? Do mechanical prints and electrical line/relay diagrams feel like second nature? What you'll do Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC equipment across the facility. Diagnose and service industrial electronics and control systems. Set up and troubleshoot variable frequency drives (DC and AC) to resolve performance and fault issues. Identify and correct PLC faults on Allen‑Bradley SLC‑500 and CompactLogix controllers. Use test equipment to verify signals, trace faults, and validate repairs.
Support plant systems:
air compressors; pneumatic and hydraulic circuits; chilled water and HVAC. Leverage mechanical drawings and electrical schematics/relay logic to plan and execute work. Other related tasks may be assigned; the scope above is not exhaustive. What you bring 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. Proven skill with
DC/AC VFD
installation, setup, and troubleshooting. Hands-on PLC repair experience with Allen‑Bradley SLC‑500 and CompactLogix. Comfort using standard test equipment for diagnostics. Working knowledge of air, pneumatic, hydraulic, chilled water, and HVAC systems. Ability to interpret mechanical prints/drawings and electrical line diagrams/relay logic. Environment & physical demands Air-conditioned workspace with machinery noise. Potential exposure to coolants, lubricants, abrasive compounds, electricity, and wiring. Regular standing, walking, climbing, pushing/pulling, grasping, kneeling, squatting, bending, twisting/turning, reaching above shoulder.
