BOAT TECHNICIANS NEEDED!
As Toons Table Rock and Central Crossing Marine continue to grow, we're looking to expand our team of technicians to keep up with demand! Toons Table Rock in Shell Knob, MO is looking for Boat Technicians to join the crew! If you know your way around a boat, can turn a wrench, chase down an electrical gremlin, and would rather spend your day around boats than behind a desk… we may have a spot for you! We're looking for someone who can help with things like:
  • Outboard service & repairs
  • Electrical & troubleshooting
  • Trolling motor & Livescope installs
  • Electronics & rigging
  • General boat repairs & maintenance
  • Rigging and prepping new boats
  • Winterization & seasonal service Experience is a big plus, but we're more interested in finding someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and knows how to get the job done right.
Full-time position — pay based on experience The following pay scale is an example based on efficiency ratio. Exact pay may differ based on service efficiency and experience:
Entry Level Tech:
$18 per hour ($37,440 per year) Level 1
Tech:
$18hr plus $5hr collectable (@ 50% efficiency $42,640 per year) Level 2
Tech:
$18hr plus $10hr collectable (@ 50% efficiency $47,840 per year) Level 3
Tech:
$18hr plus $15hr collectable (@ 50% efficiency $53,040 per year) Level 4
Tech:
$18hr plus $20hr collectable (@ 50% efficiency $58,240 per year) Level 5
Tech:
$18hr plus $25hr collectable (@ 50% efficiency $63,440 per year) We're located in Shell Knob, MO , right here on beautiful Table Rock Lake.
