The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing and troubleshooting mobile devices, including Android and iOS systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing hardware and software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and retail sales techniques. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, for both Android and iOS platforms. Utilize hand tools and equipment for repairs, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Perform software troubleshooting on various operating systems, including macOS and Windows. Conduct equipment repairs by analyzing schematics and utilizing soldering skills when necessary. Provide technical support to customers in-store or on-site as part of field service operations. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance customer service experiences. Skills Proficient in diagnosing issues with mobile devices across multiple operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows). Strong soldering skills for hardware repairs and modifications. Experience in providing technical support in a retail environment or field service setting. Ability to read and interpret schematics for electronic devices.
