Field Service Technician - Installation, Service & Repair Mountain Leisure Living

THE ROLE
Mountain Leisure Living is looking for a skilled, dependable Field Service Technician who can handle both installation and technical service. You may install a hot tub in the morning, complete a new-owner orientation, and diagnose a heater or control-board failure that afternoon. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, sound troubleshooting ability, and professionalism in customers' homes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver, install, and commission hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and related products Maneuver large equipment across challenging terrain Conduct new-owner orientations Diagnose and repair spas across multiple brands Use a volt meter and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Repair pumps, heaters, control boards, plumbing, jets, and related components Perform water chemistry maintenance visits Document work accurately and communicate findings clearly to customers and administrative team Coordinate with the service team on parts, scheduling, and follow-up Leave every job site clean and professional
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience using a volt meter and reading wiring diagrams/schematics Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Experience in hot tub/spa service, pool, HVAC, appliance repair, or a comparable trade Ability to operate and maneuver vehicles used to transport large equipment Reliable, accountable, and coachable Able to troubleshoot independently and think methodically Professional and comfortable working in customers' homes Physically capable of demanding hands-on work outdoors and on varied terrain Valid driver's license and clean driving record Stable, verifiable work history

Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
