- Analyze device schematics to diagnose technical problems
- Perform software troubleshooting and updates on various operating systems including Mac OS, Windows, and Android
- Utilize hand tools to disassemble and repair mobile phones
- Provide field service support for on-site repairs
- Conduct equipment repair and maintenance to ensure functionality Experience
