This role requires a strong understanding of mobile phone technology and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently. Duties

• Analyze device schematics to diagnose technical problems
• Perform software troubleshooting and updates on various operating systems including Mac OS, Windows, and Android
• Utilize hand tools to disassemble and repair mobile phones
• Provide field service support for on-site repairs
• Conduct equipment repair and maintenance to ensure functionality Experience
