A Precision or Fine Instrument Repairer makes, calibrates, repairs, maintains, adjusts and installs mechanical watches and clocks, and nautical, meteorological, optical and other precision instruments and equipment, and sets them for correct performance.

Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities About the Position We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. This position combines hands-on electronics repair with customer service and sales. Our technicians work directly with customers to diagnose device issues, recommend the right solutions, complete quality repairs, and identify opportunities for additional products and services. You do not need to know everything about electronics on day one. We are looking for someone who is technically capable, comfortable learning new skills, dependable, and confident working with customers. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and other consumer electronics Perform common repairs including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other components Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Complete device diagnostics and quality-control testing Explain repair options and recommendations clearly to customers Provide excellent customer service from check-in through device pickup Recommend and sell relevant products, accessories, protection options, and services Work toward individual and store sales/performance goals Maintain accurate repair notes and customer records Keep the repair area and sales floor clean and organized Follow company repair procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations Work closely with teammates to maintain an efficient and positive store environment What We're Looking For Customer service and sales ability are extremely important in this role.

Schedule & Availability This is a full-time position , generally scheduled 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM for approximately 40 hours per week .
