The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing their own truck and assigned jobs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and leading by example in the field. This role requires a strong technical background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple service tasks efficiently. Duties Lead and perform plumbing service calls, diagnosing and resolving a variety of plumbing issues efficiently and professionally. Manage your own truck, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for daily assignments. Take ownership of assigned jobs from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and service details for each job. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service. Assist in training new technicians and sharing best practices within the team. Requirements Proven experience as a plumbing technician with a strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local regulations. Experience leading or supervising in a field service environment is preferred. Ability to manage your own truck, tools, and assigned jobs independently. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-site. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Reliable transportation with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
