Job Summary Frankie's of Raleigh, a Family Entertainment Center located in Raleigh, N.C. is looking to fill the position of Arcade Technician. Frankie's is a 35,000 square foot facility that was built in 2005 and consists of 125 plus arcade games. This position will require the maintenance and upkeep of arcade games as well as the supervision of Game Attendants. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience with computer or electronic repairs in a heavy volume setting or direct experience in the Arcade industry are required. This position will report to the Gameroom Director and General Manager. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, and knowledgeable applicant for this position. Responsibilities and Duties Continual maintenance of arcade games, kiosks and POS terminals. Train and supervise attendants for the Arcade. Monitor and maintain inventory levels in games. Communicate with supervisors regarding any concerns/needs. Qualifications and Skills Understand the safe and proper use of power/hand tools, digital multimeter and soldering equipment. AC/DC electronic experience required. Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware. Ability to apply common sense understanding to troubleshooting issues. Be self-motivated, but still be able to follow directions from others. Be well organized and able to multi-task. Perform well under pressure and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a safe and clean work environment Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.
