Onsite Printer Service Technician | Rocky Mount, NC 12-Month Revolving Contract | US Citizens/ GC Holder required | Full-Time Onsite We're hiring an Onsite Printer Service Technician to support and maintain printers and multifunction devices at a customer site in Rocky Mount, NC. This is a hands-on role focused heavily on printer troubleshooting and break/fix support .

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and maintain printers/copiers Replace toner, consumables, and basic printer parts Install printer drivers and map printers to PCs Configure IP addresses, scanning, email/file settings, and user access Troubleshoot basic printer connectivity/network issues Manage toner, supplies, parts inventory, and equipment records Provide onsite customer support and basic equipment training Things to

1-2+ years supporting printers, copiers, or similar equipment Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs High School Diploma/GED required
