Job Description

Talascend is currently seeking a Repair Process Engineer for a contract opportunity with our client in Rocky Mount, North Carolina . Overview The repair process engineer will support yield improvement projects for specific product lines by researching and developing repair processes, procedures, and technical documentation. They will also ensure regulatory compliance and provide oversight to repair activities at multiple sites. Responsibilities Review and research repair development technical requirements, including processes, procedures, techniques, and more. Review and research repair development regulatory requirements compliance, covering materials, tools, equipment, technical documentation, and facilities. Participate in coordinating findings and proposed solutions for turnaround time reduction and first pass yield improvement. Participate in integrating findings and approved solutions into current development and completing technical publication change requests, including temporary and complete revisions. Participate in the development and completion of overhaul repair instructions. Develop and finalize repair processes and procedures documentation. Develop and complete technical inspection instructions. Create technical equivalencies for materials, tools, and equipment used in overhaul repair activities at repair and overhaul sites. Provide oversight technical support to suppliers for overhaul repair activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education. We thank all applicants for their interest.
