Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Remodeling Service & Installation Technician to join our team. Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling service, warranty, and repair work. Complete punch-list and follow-up work. Perform general carpentry, drywall, trim, flooring, doors, cabinets, and other remodeling repairs. Install and service sunrooms , including windows, doors, screens, framing, and roofing components. Install and service skylights , including flashing, sealing, leak repair, and replacement. Troubleshoot water intrusion, leaks, drafts, and other construction-related issues. Maintain a clean and professional work area. Communicate professionally with homeowners and management. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle. Qualifications Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience required. Sunroom, skylight, roofing, or flashing experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license. Able to safely lift materials and work on ladders/elevated areas.
