Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Service Technician in our Greenwich, NY location to help make a difference in the future of the dairy industry! Primarily performing scheduled repairs, emergency services, and installation for our new and existing customer base for Lely robotics. Expect to work some weekends ON-CALL and some after-hours during the week on a rotating basis. Duties include but not limited to:
  • Routine Robot Maintenance:
    Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This includes inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating robots according to manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
  • On-Call Emergency Breakdown Response:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for on-call emergency breakdowns, addressing and resolving urgent issues promptly and efficiently (on a rotating basis)
Installation of New Robotics Systems:
Execute the installation of new robotic systems, including setting up hardware, connecting electrical and control systems, and integrating software. ​
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license is a MUST. Ability and willingness to travel
  • Mechanical background, ability to troubleshoot
  • Agricultural experience is a plus
  • Works well within a team and independently ​
