Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous repair, maintenance, and restoration of timepieces, ensuring each watch meets the highest standards of precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help preserve the artistry and functionality of luxury and everyday watches, providing exceptional service to our valued clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about horology and technical excellence to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Duties Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble a variety of watch movements with precision and care Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, technical drawings, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Perform electrical diagnostics on watches with electronic components to identify faults accurately Interpret technical schematics and drawings to guide repairs and ensure proper assembly Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and testing to guarantee optimal watch performance Utilize heavy equipment mechanics knowledge when working on larger or specialized timepieces or components Document all repair procedures thoroughly and maintain detailed records of work performed Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of watch movements, components, and assembly techniques Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting electronic watch parts Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices specific to horological equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and detailed instructions accurately Technical proficiency with tools such as screwdrivers, tweezers, magnification devices, and ohmmeters Knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics beneficial for handling larger or complex watch systems Excellent attention to detail combined with steady hands and patience for intricate work Join us if you're eager to apply your craftsmanship in a role that celebrates precision engineering!
