You will leverage your expertise in hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repair to minimize downtime and maximize the productivity of our clients' fleets in the field. Responsibilities Execute complex field repairs and advanced troubleshooting on articulating cranes, forklifts, and heavy-duty conveyor systems. Drive fleet reliability by performing rigorous preventive maintenance and mandatory DOT inspections. Provide rapid-response support for emergency technical issues to ensure continuous customer operations. Act as a primary technical liaison, clearly communicating repair status and mechanical needs to fleet managers and site supervisors. Maintain high standards of service accuracy by managing documentation, work orders, and parts inventory in real-time. Uphold strict safety compliance standards across all job sites and maintain a professional, organized mobile workspace. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment or crane maintenance. Advanced proficiency in hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical troubleshooting. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 75lbs+ and working in diverse outdoor weather conditions. Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL within 60 days.
