Job Summary:

•The Service Technician Level B is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles according to Georgica Auto Holdings' standards and manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Compensation•$26.00-$35.00 hourly Paid Training $5000.00 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment

Job Responsibilities:

•Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment. Complete basic to intermediate level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and other vehicle components. Document all services performed, parts used, and hours worked accurately and completely. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status, repair recommendations, and estimated costs. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures in the workshop. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with automotive technologies.

Job Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or equivalent required. ASE certification(s) preferred (e.g., A4 Suspension & Steering, A5 Brakes). Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership or independent shop setting. Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle repair.
