Vicon Installers work as a part of a team and sometimes on their own at customer job sites and in our warehouse. Different technical aspects of the role will include welding, grinding, cutting (metal and wood), attaching hardware to the doors, installing frames, and hanging wood and metal doors. The candidate must also be able to make calls at our customer's facilities and businesses in a company van. •Tools needed for work will be supplied by us.
Candidates must:
Prefer applicant with 2 years' experience in carpentry or related construction field. The position requires heavy lifting of materials. Frequent to constant standing, lifting, handling, stooping, walking, carrying, kneeling, seeing, punching, bending and reaching. Ability to safely lift 100 pounds. Must be able to read and understand work orders with limited supervision. Must pass a security background check, pre-employment drug screen and fitness test.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
