What You'll Do As a Service Technician in our Construction Equipment shop in Pittston, PA , you'll play a critical role in keeping our customers' equipment operating safely and reliably. You'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and service a diverse fleet of specialized equipment, including woodchippers, asphalt pavers, trailers, excavators, grinders, dumpers and more all while working in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. In this role, you will: Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and industrial machinery. Replace worn or damaged parts and perform routine preventive maintenance. Operate and test equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance. Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify mechanical issues. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Maintain accurate maintenance and service records. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with coworkers. Perform other related duties as assigned.
