Job Description

Full Service Technician Sunbelt Solomon United States, Pennsylvania, Sharon 700 South Dock Street (Show on map) Jun 23, 2026 This position is responsible for the stacking process for a rewind transformer. Hours are Monday-Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am Day to day this role includes: Using a caliper and tape measure to create precise measurement which are used in the rewind process.
Using a series of hand tools to complete the stacking of core steel.
Cutting transformer lids
Basic data entry into labor system (MOM)
Practicing safe behaviors by wearing proper protective equipment when handling core steel.
May operate overhead crane or forklift as necessary.
Must be willing and able to complete repetitive processes and stand for 8-10 hours a day.
Cross train on set up, and teardown as needed
Other duties as assigned
High School or GED preferred
OSHA10 certified, preferred
1 year experience in paint manufacturing, preferred
1 year experience material handling equipment (forklift, crane, etc.), preferred
Knowledge of basic hand tools preferred
A proven track record in safety excellence is required.
Adheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization. Notify management immediately of any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or injuries.
Ability to read and interpret work orders.
Meet department and production goals set by supervisor.
Ensure product quality meets company and client expectations.
Possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, cooperative attitude, strong attention to detail and can work in a team environment.
Adheres to the company's employee handbook policies and embodies the organization's core values.
Ability to learn other department job functions and fill in as needed.
Complete company compliance and safety training when required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Physical requirements for this role include, but are not limited to the following: Safety protocols require the completion and passing of a respiratory fit test
Lift 50lbs floor to waist and waist to shoulder multiple times
Standing and walking for long durations
Bending, squatting, and kneeling multiple times for long durations
The ability to climb up and down a ladder multiple times
Balance and stand on a ladder with three points of contact for extended periods of time
Comfortable working in the heat and cold due to manufacturing facilities not being climate controlled
