Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team specializing in aerobic septic systems across South Texas. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aerobic septic systems. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent service, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Flexibility is required as this position may involve working on weekends and participating in on-call shifts. Duties Travel throughout South Texas to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot aerobic septic systems at homes and businesses. Conduct routine system inspections to ensure proper operation and compliance with local regulations. Perform necessary repairs or maintenance to optimize system performance. Document service activities accurately and communicate findings effectively to clients. Respond promptly to service calls, including on-call emergencies during evenings or weekends as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, courteous service. Requirements Previous experience or technical knowledge related to septic systems or similar equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to travel extensively within South Texas region. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts when required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards.
