Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity that involves learning a new trade as a Service Writer and in field Hot Tub Technician! We are a thriving hot tub dealership that has been in business for over 40 yrs. Duties include solid phone skills with spa owners to troubleshoot problems verbally and schedule service calls. Hands on troubleshooting and part replacements while on site will be required as needed. $19

• $22 per hr.

depending upon experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. And pass drug screening. Field work requires time spent on knees and ability to work in tight spaces. Provide valid driver license and SSN# at the time of application.

Duties:

• Answer phone calls
• Troubleshoot problems with hot tub owners and schedule service/repair appointments
• Able to perform technical work including troubleshooting and replacing parts in field
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service in store and over the phone
• Maintain professionalism at all times

Experience:

• No experience required, but having technical experience is a plus
• Able to respond to customers emails in a professional manner
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
