2 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Technician with strong hands-on experience troubleshooting, testing, and repairing small electronic devices. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, detail-oriented technician looking for a long-term, permanent position with a stable first-shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of consistent manufacturing, electronics testing, repair, or troubleshooting experience and be comfortable diagnosing electrical and electronic issues using established test procedures and specifications. This position is best suited for experienced electronics technicians—not machine operators or general production workers. Key Responsibilities Test and repair electronic products, systems, components, and replacement parts to ensure they meet established electrical and physical specifications. Troubleshoot electronic devices and identify the root cause of failures or performance issues. Perform functional testing and inspections using established test procedures, specifications, and documentation. Verify the quality, workmanship, and functionality of completed products. Identify products or components that do not meet specifications and communicate issues to the appropriate teams. Read and follow technical documentation, test procedures, specifications, and work instructions. Use basic computer systems to access, review, and update required documentation. Assist with training and mentoring newer technicians in proper inspection, troubleshooting, testing, and repair procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications 3+ years of consistent hands-on experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, or a closely related manufacturing environment. Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair small electronic devices . Demonstrated experience testing electronic products or components. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how tools, components, and equipment work together. Ability to read and understand written instructions, technical documents, specifications, and test procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow established procedures and directions accurately. Basic computer skills. Dependable work history and interest in a long-term, permanent opportunity . Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Experience diagnosing electronic failures and determining appropriate repairs.
