Job Description

Join the Smart Phone Repair Crew, where tech meets good vibes
Position:
Mobile Technology Specialist (a.k.a. "Device Doctor")
Location:
Our upbeat repair & retail lab (smells like fresh circuits and good coffee) ☕ What You'll Actually Do (a.k.a. "Your Quests") Bring dead tech back to life: swap shattered screens, revive water-soaked phones, conquer charging-port gremlins, and perform micro-soldering magic.
Detective-mode ON:
use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other cool tools to hunt down sneaky faults. Test, test, high-five: make sure every device leaves better than new.
Geek-splain with a smile:
translate repair-speak into human-speak so customers feel in the loop. Upsell (the classy way): suggest protectors, cases, and add-on services that genuinely help.
Keep the lab tidy:
no one wants to trip over spare screws.
Level-up your skills:
we pay for ongoing training, so you keep your geek card refreshed. The Loot Stage & What You Get Training Mode (Days 1 to 45) $12/hour: instant commissions on repairs & accessory sales. Hero Mode (Day 46 and beyond) 13-15$/hour: Switch to salary (no drop in pay) plus ongoing commissions so your hustle always shows on your paycheck. Time to Recharge 5 paid holidays every year & vacation days start accruing after Day 45! Perks Employee pricing on the coolest tech, certifications on our dime, and bragging rights for saving gadgets daily. Are You the One? 18 to 35 with nimble fingers and razor-sharp eyes. You speak iOS and Android. You've tinkered with boards, soldered tiny parts, or at least cracked open a phone "just to see." Love helping humans as much as fixing hardware. Comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working some weekends (retail life, fam). Bonus XP Micro-soldering skills, memes for every situation, or a TikTok showcasing your last fix (seriously, show us!). Why Groove With Us? Zero cubicles. You work in a live gadget playground. Instant impact. Customers walk in sad, walk out stoked; you're the hero. Young, diverse squad. We game, we nerd-out, we celebrate wins with pizza. Career cheat codes. From lead tech to store manager to R&D, choose your path.
