About Paladin Plumbing We're a residential and light-commercial plumbing company serving homeowners and businesses across our local service area. Our reputation is built on technicians who show up on time, communicate clearly, and stand behind their work — and we're looking for someone who fits that standard. About the Role As a Plumbing Service Technician, you'll run your own service calls — diagnosing issues, repairing or installing fixtures and systems, and giving customers a clear, honest picture of what's needed. A year from now, you'll have a full book of repeat customers who ask for you by name and a track record of clean, code-compliant work our office never has to follow up on. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and light-commercial properties, including leaks, clogs, and fixture failures Install and repair water heaters, pipes, fixtures, and related plumbing systems Drive a company vehicle to scheduled service calls throughout our local service area Provide customers with clear, upfront explanations and accurate estimates before starting work Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for the next call Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards Communicate job status and any complications to dispatch and customers in real time
