Job Schedule:

4 Days/Week x 10 hrs/day (8:30am-6:30pm)

Pay & Earnings Commission-based:

20% of every completed job Keep 50% of tips (~$20-40 avg/day) Bonus opportunities for upselling and for selling client service plans (~$15-30 avg/day) Biweekly pay via direct deposit or check Many techs earn $20-25+/hour once bonuses are factored in

Pay:

$180-$230 per day About the Role Crest Window Services is looking for a reliable, hard-working technician to join our growing team. We clean windows for residential and commercial clients across the Spartanburg area, and we take pride in doing the job right — every property should look better than we found it. No experience is required; we'll train you on our process, equipment, and quality standards.

What Is Needed:

2+ Years Ladder Experience Flexible Schedule A Truck (We have all equipment) Good Health (We work outside 95% of jobs) People Skills (You will be communicating with clients, representing us and selling service plans / upselling)
