Job Description

Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate electronic instruments. Perform board-level repairs and occasional component-level troubleshooting. Complete repair documentation, calibration reports, and service records. Communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers. Provide technical support by phone when needed. Maintain quality, safety, and inventory standards. Support continuous process improvements and other service-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Electronics Certification, Associate degree in Electronics/Technical field, military electronics training, or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of electronics repair/service experience preferred. Strong board-level troubleshooting, soldering, and digital multimeter skills. Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical procedures. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; ERP or Salesforce experience is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and work occasional overtime as needed. Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
