Full-time, including some Saturdays About the Role Mole Miners is looking for a reliable, hands-on Mole Technician to join our team. No experience necessary — we'll train the right person on everything from trap placement to repellent application. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn't mind physical labor, and takes pride in solving problems for customers. Responsibilities Inspect customer yards to identify mole activity, tunnel patterns, and problem areas Set, monitor, and reset mole traps according to company protocols Apply mole repellents and other treatment products as needed Perform mole damage repair, including filling tunnels, leveling mounds, and restoring lawn areas Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers on-site Maintain accurate service records/notes for each property visited Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition Follow all safety procedures when handling tools, traps, and treatment products Qualifications No prior pest control or trapping experience required — full training provided Valid driver's license in good standing (company vehicle provided) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to perform physical work, including bending, kneeling, and digging Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good communication skills for interacting with customers What We Offer Company vehicle provided for all job-related travel Full-time, steady work with occasional Saturday shifts Hands-on training — no experience needed to get started Competitive starting pay: $40,000/year
