Entry Level Service Technician Lenoir City, TN 37771 From $15 an hour - Full-time From $15 an hour - Full-time Entry-Level Trailer Service Technician Smokey Mountain Trailers is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Trailer Service Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn and grow in the trailer industry.

Responsibilities include:

Performing light trailer maintenance and repairs, including basic electrical and brake work Completing pre-delivery inspections to ensure trailers are safe and ready for customers Assembling and preparing new trailers Operating a forklift to safely move trailers and materials Shuttling trailers between Smokey Mountain Trailers locations Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Assisting the service team with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to safely lift and handle tools, parts, and equipment Valid driver's license with a good driving record Forklift experience is helpful but not required Previous mechanical or trailer experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Smokey Mountain Trailers is a family-owned business that has served East Tennessee since 1998.
