Job Description:
Vehicle Repair & Maintenance Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems. Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while documenting findings, recommendations, and completed work. Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid checks, and other assigned repairs. Conduct quality checks to help ensure repairs are completed safely and properly. Operational Excellence Maintain productivity and efficiency standards established by dealership leadership. Communicate repair needs, parts requirements, and repair updates with Service Advisors and service department personnel. Maintain proper care and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas. Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Professional Development & Team Support Participate in manufacturer training, certifications, and ongoing development opportunities. Stay current on evolving automotive technology, repair procedures, and diagnostic practices. Support a collaborative and team-oriented service department culture. Assist other technicians and team members as needed to support operational success and customer satisfaction. Professional Standards Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record. Support dealership standards related to professionalism, compliance, safety, and customer care. Handle customer and company vehicles responsibly and safely.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
