Job Description

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED preferred OR repair experience in lieu of education Adheres to HSE requirements Working hours identified by manager Must be able to lift 50 lbs and 15 lbs at least 25 times in repetition preferred Must be able to communicate proficiently in the English language
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in basic production requirements, including operation of off-hand die grinders, blast equipment and general bit movement. Initial understanding of repair process to assist more senior operators as needed. Operation of pressure washer to clean bits, breakers and boxes from field locations Operation of the OD Grinder and/or centerless grinder as necessary. Proper painting schemes for completed bits, including inspection of nozzle geometries to ensure proper fit. Responsible for completion of all applicable paperwork. Responsible for dye-pen application on product as required All other duties as assigned.
