A Service Technician II at Billingsley Collection plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, appearance, and functionality of the properties. The position requires a versatile individual capable of performing a range of maintenance tasks and ensuring the overall well-being of the community. Job Responsibilities Work safely and use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Maintain property curb appeal Assist and performs all aspects of the property's maintenance, including grounds, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance. Interior common area and exterior maintenance Work may include accessing flats or low slope roofs, attics, crawl spaces and use of ladders Manage recycling and trash, including trash enclosures and compactor rooms Assist with weather-related cleanup, including snow and ice management Amenity and common area cleaning Uphold appearance grounds and common areas Perform make-ready, including cleaning and painting (full and touch-up painting interior walls, exterior walls, doors, etc..) Perform light audits and light bulb replacement Maintain and inspect shop, storerooms, equipment, and golf carts Attend associate meetings, safety meetings, and required training Assist at other communities as requested Clean, vacuum & balance pools Other duties as assigned
