PCB TROUBLESHOOTING & REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Full-Time Are you skilled in electronics repair, PCB troubleshooting, or microsoldering? We want to hear from you! Core Personnel is looking for hands-on, detail-oriented technicians who are ready to put their technical skills to work in a fast-paced electronics repair environment. If you have experience working with PCBs, server boards, computer hardware, SMT components, or microsoldering, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your career!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Troubleshoot and repair server PCBs and main boards Perform microsoldering and component-level repairs Identify and replace defective SMT and electronic components Perform PCB-level troubleshooting and short-circuit detection Test, troubleshoot, and rework server main boards Analyze failures and determine root causes Use electronic test equipment, diagnostic tools, and test fixtures Test and verify repaired boards to ensure proper functionality Troubleshoot and maintain PCB testing fixtures Document repair activities, troubleshooting results, and test outcomes Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Test, and Repair teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent 1+ year of experience in electronic repair, troubleshooting, rework, or testing Experience with servers, laptops, desktops, PC systems, electronic boards, or PCBs Knowledge of electronic components and integrated circuits Ability to read and understand electronic schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Comfortable using electronic diagnostic and repair equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team

EXPERIENCE THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Microsoldering | SMT Component Replacement | PCB Repair | Server Motherboard Repair | Short-Circuit Detection | Component-Level Troubleshooting | Electronic Rework | Test Equipment | Computer Hardware IPC-A-610 or

IPC-7711/7721

certification is a plus!
