Service Operations Technician II CMG Services LLC Grand Prairie, TX Job Details Full-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Client database systems Driver's License Customer information system software Safety standard operating procedures Full Job Description Service Operations Technician II Job Responsibilities & Requirements Primary Responsibilities / Position to Include (but not limited to): Assist and provide support in diagnosing and solving roof leaks on multiple types of commercial roof systems. Assist and provide support in the implementation of emergency roof repairs. Assist and provide support while correctly installing roofing materials to perform repairs as per industry standards. •This includes metal flashings•. Good communication skills / Professional appearance. Assist with entering project findings and photos in JOBBA / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology/software. Update Time Clock ins and outs in Paylocity (our hourly management software). Assist and provide support with documenting and turning in any and ALL Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Truck Inventory Transfer Sheets, Tool and PPE Inspection forms as required. Assisting and providing support with completing site set ups and cleaning up of work area before and after work is completed. Perform ALL scopes of work in a safe manner.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED Equivalent is preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Minimum 1-2 years of Commercial Roofing experience is preferred but not required. Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Able to work from various heights. Proficient with safety protocols and procedures. Good communication skills / Professional appearance. Learn to input project information and conditions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology/software.
