Responsibilities Diagnose hardware and software issues across a variety of mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Perform repairs on mobile phones, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and internal component fixes using hand tools and soldering equipment. Conduct hardware diagnostics on desktop computers, printers, copiers, and other consumer electronics to identify faults accurately. Utilize technical troubleshooting support to resolve issues related to operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Maintain detailed repair records and communicate clearly with customers about repair status and solutions. Conduct routine hardware maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure optimal device performance. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and offering technical support tailored to customer needs. Capable of handling Ebay. Requirements Proven experience in mobile phone repair or consumer electronics repair with a strong understanding of hardware diagnostics. Proficiency in operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and performing electrical soldering tasks. Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for desktops, laptops, printers, and copiers. Strong analysis skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Technical proficiency in IT support functions related to mobile devices and personal electronics is highly desirable. Speaks Spanish also.
