The technician must be dependable, organized, and able to support warehouse operations as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and test battery‑powered, pneumatic, and manual strapping tools
• Service FROMM, Signode, Teknika, and other industrial strapping equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control‑related issues
• Perform preventive maintenance, replace worn parts, adjust components, and verify safe operation before returning equipment
• Document diagnostics, repairs, parts usage, and completion dates; maintain an organized service area and parts inventory
• Assist with warehouse tasks including receiving, order pulling, staging, shipping, inventory organization, and material handling Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience repairing and servicing industrial strapping tools and equipment
• Hands‑on experience with PET and steel strapping systems; FROMM, Signode, and Teknika strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read manuals, diagrams, and basic schematics
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and warehouse equipment
• Detail‑oriented with strong organization, recordkeeping, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on equipment for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
• Valid driver's license

COMPENSATION

$25

• All employees must be prepared for a background check, 10 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
