Job Summary:
 The server motherboard repair technician will troubleshoot and repair server motherboards at the component level by diagnosing issues, replacing electronic components, performing soldering, and testing repaired boards.
Duties:
Diagnose problems on server motherboards Identify if a board is repairable before starting work Repair and replace electronic components Perform soldering and component-level repairs Check for and fix shorts, bad solder joints, and damaged pads Clean and prepare boards after repair Test boards to ensure they are working properly Separate good and non-working parts Follow repair procedures and safety standards Keep tools, materials, and workspace organized Meet daily production goals and quality standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Electronics training or degree is a plus 1+ year of electronics or computer repair experience preferred Basic Excel and computer skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a team environment Able to stand and work in a warehouse environment Ability to use small tools and perform detailed hand work Able to lift up to 25 lbs Able to work in environments with noise and temperature changes
