Job Description
Twisted Tech is currently seeking Smart Device Repair Team Members to join our growing team at our climate controlled facility in Italy, Texas. Under the direction and supervision of management, Team Members are responsible for repairing, testing electronic devices, inventory control and data entry. Team Members will work both independently and in small groups to reach daily production goals while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Attention to detail and dependability are essential. No experience required, we will train you. Weekends Optional. No Holidays. Ideal Shift M-F 7:30am-3:30pm (Flexible, can offer more or less hours) Responsibilities Perform test analysis, assess functionality, replace components as needed and maintain repair records. Ability to disassemble and reassemble small delicate components with small hand tools. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Strong attention to detail to ensure repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and with a group. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations. Be organized, thorough and accurate with strong organizational skills and general housekeeping skills. Skills Self-motivated with a positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems. Basic computer skills, Google Drive, Office preferred. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and attendance record. High School Diploma or GED.
