The ideal candidate must hold a valid Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license and have a strong background in residential plumbing service. We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, and can confidently diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems. Perform service calls for leaks, clogged drains, water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing issues. Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options. Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water heaters, valves, piping, and related equipment. Explain plumbing issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners. Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approval before beginning work. Maintain a clean, professional work area and protect customers' homes while performing service. Complete service documentation, invoices, and job notes accurately. Follow applicable plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety standards. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.
