Full Time Monday - Friday, some Saturday work possible.

Position description:

assess and diagnose commercial kitchen equipment problems, identify replacement parts, repair/replace worn parts, communicate with staff and customers, complete project paperwork, other tasks as needed. Must have good understanding of natural gas, propane and electrical, understanding of refrigeration a plus. Additional skills desired (but not required) are interpreting/reading a blueprint and welding experience. Salary is dependent on experience. Must have a clean valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.
