The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our restaurants, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the team. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems. Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality upon completion. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery. Skills Strong technical aptitude with experience in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues quickly and effectively. Strong communication skills for interacting with the team. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A valid driver's license is preferred for travel to client locations.
