Workers may specialize in equipment such as electrical systems, heating systems or industrial machinery, just to name a few, across various industries. May work in a dedicated repair shop or at a customer location. Individual responsibilities depend on the type of equipment and industry the worker specializes in.
WE ARE Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Service Technicianto join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team. This position will be at our new Roanoke office.

Duties Providing service and repair on previously installed window and door products. Analyzing customer situations and determining corrective actions to be taken and ensuring customer satisfaction. Keeping track of all service orders and maintain communication with customers. Follow established company guidelines and procedures regarding work performed. Maintain inventory of all service parts and replenish as necessary. Occasionally performing new installations What YOU bring! Minimum of 3 years of window installation, carpentry finishing and/or remodeling experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven track record of superior workmanship. Customer service skills.
